(1) - 25% payment (retainer - deposit) required to reserve date and time of event.
50% payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
25% balance payment is due upon the start of editing video. |
| (2) - Payments are non-refundable if the event is canceled. If the event is postponed, AIM will apply payments to a new agreement. If a new agreement cannot be reached, payments are non-refundable. |
| (3) - AIM is the exclusive videographer retained by the client. Other vendor contracts and notification needed to avoid conflicts is the client's responsibility. Interference to AIM videotaping this event by other video, photo, camera operators, vendor or guest actions is not AIM's responsibility. |
| (4) - It is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission of church, synagogue or other officials to videotape this event. Payments are non-refundable if the event cannot be videotaped. |
| (5) - AIM will abide by the rules of clergy and officials regarding camera placement and lighting. |
| (6) - AIM will take the utmost care to produce a quality video. We will make production and editorial decisions. Changes requested by the client, if editorially possible, may be charged accordingly. |
| (7) - AIM will retain the edited master video and coyrights for this video production. Client gives AIM permission to use this video production for marketing and promotional purposes. |
| (8) - To insure proper playback of the DVD, the client and other viewers must use a fully compatible DVD-R player. AIM is not responsible for playback issues on clients or viewers DVD player. |
| (9) - AIM is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: power or equipment failure, defective tape stock or natural causes. If production is affected due to an unlikely occurrence, AIM's liability is limited to refunding the clients payments. |
| (10) - This agreement supersedes and replaces any previous document, correspondence or conversation regarding video recording this event. |
